Toadface is Todd Holler, a Dayton, Ohio-raised bass producer who has been building his self-described "swampy" sound since 2011 — a lurching, off-grid fusion of trap and dubstep that sits closer to sound design than to dancefloor formula. He is the younger brother of fellow producer Yheti, and his catalogue runs largely through WAKAAN, including the 2018 debut LP Bugs for Breakfast, the 2020 Gangrene EP and the more recent From The Earth EP led by the single "Cardboard." PNW bass heads get him in direct-support mode on Yheti's run: WonderLove in Portland on Aug 29 2026 and Substation in Seattle on Oct 15 2026, with Flintwick on both bills.
Popularity
How this is measured
An absolute, national (US) measure — not a ranking against the other artists on this site. We take the strongest of three open signals: ListenBrainz listens, English Wikipedia pageviews, and the number of Wikipedia language editions that have an article. The strongest one wins, so a signal we couldn't read never drags the result down. Bucket 1 means measured and small. Unrated never means small — it means we don't have the numbers.

What listeners say SAMPLE DATA
Only trade-blog release coverage was reachable for Toadface — premieres and EP announcements on FUXWITHIT, Stage Hoppers and EDM Maniac — plus a festival lineup notice. That is publicity, not audience opinion, and no rating aggregate or set review surfaced, so this is sample data.
