ROMMII is a San Diego house producer and DJ working a bouncy, Latin-inflected strain of house and tech-house — tracks like 'Rico Rola' and 'Baile Bounce' lean on percussion and hooks rather than big-room drops. He came up through production rather than the club circuit; by his own account a beat he made on laptop speakers for a friend, 'When I Ride' for Ashley Mehta, went to billions of TikTok views and changed his trajectory. EDM.com flagged him as a rising act in October 2025 when he launched a monthly SoCal event showcase. Both PNW stops are 21+ headline club nights on back-to-back evenings: 45 East in Portland on August 28, 2026 and Q Nightclub in Seattle on August 29.
Popularity
How this is measured
An absolute, national (US) measure — not a ranking against the other artists on this site. We take the strongest of three open signals: ListenBrainz listens, English Wikipedia pageviews, and the number of Wikipedia language editions that have an article. The strongest one wins, so a signal we couldn't read never drags the result down. Bucket 1 means measured and small. Unrated never means small — it means we don't have the numbers.

What listeners say SAMPLE DATA
Coverage of ROMMII is trade-press and lineup announcements rather than opinion — an EDM.com rising-star piece, a Beatportal emerging-artists roundup, and festival preview lists. No body of listener or show-goer reviews was reachable, so this is sample data rather than a measured consensus.
